I received bad product (No More Baggage) a tiny tube for $42.00. I immediately requested a return label and was told you had to wait for approval? The product couldn't even be squeezed out of the tube it was so dry. I finally rec. a label and their P.O. Box received the product back on March 9th. Today is March 30th. No response after asking twice for a credit and they NEVER answer their CUSTOMER SERVICE line. DO NOT buy their products this operation is a scam. You will also notice there is no return policy on their web site, I wonder why? Off to dispute this with my credit card company now. I have since noticed looking at other reviews that many others have had the same issue so BUYER BEWARE.

I've purchased quite a few products from them but most revently I ordered a No More Needles for my under eye issues an the shipping was very fast only a few days but more importantly the quality of their products blows my mind as I suffer with under eye issues but this cream is magic in a bottle for my under eyes.

I started this product in Dec and I can actually see some results. Had been using another product for months and saw no results. I'm so happy to see some of my dark spots clearing up

I have been ordering "No More Baggage" directly from Dr. Brandt's website for several years, about every 4-5 months since I order 3 tubes at a time. I ordered 3 tubes again in November and received their package a couple of weeks later. When I opened the box I was shocked and disappointed to find three tubes of Pores No More that I did not order.
I sent an email explaining my problem and got no reply. I waited a couple of days and tried again and the reply I received was that they would contact me "as soon as possible". I waited again but no one contacted me so I called the customer service line and reached a recording saying they would contact me ASAP but that I could also send them an email! So here it is December 17,2021 and I still haven't gotten a response. I should also point out that a couple of the tubes of the "No More Baggage" that I've received in the last year have been of poor consistency but still useable and occasionally I do feel a little burn sensation but not often and not severe enough to cause me concern. My complaint is the fact that they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!
Going forward I will no longer order directly from Dr. Brandt, the special savings they offer is the only reason I order from them anyway but it's not worth the hassle. I will continue to use "No More Baggage" because it works but will get it locally even though I'll have to pay full price. Dr. Brandt's discounts aren't worth the aggravation I've been through.

I was hesitant on getting the Vitamin C serum because the price tag but I am so glad I made that leap. My skin has never been softer. I have always had really dry skin and this is seriously a miracle serum, my skin has transformed and feels so hydrated! Worth every penny.

I tried some of their products for the first time cause I had such a problem as acne. And it was quite helpful. I can't say that I managed to get rid of it, but still teh result is good.

My girlfriend always tells me to buy this and that from here. So i guess its a really genuine product.

Wonderful products. Quite sad that we lost Dr Brandt to depression a few years back. Advice on using his products. A little goes a very long way.

I love Dr. Brandt's product probably the most expensive skincare routine I have tried and it's absolutely effective at correcting some of my fine lines it is very gentle on the eyes in particular the most sensitive part of your facial skin. I discovered these skincare products thanks to boxycharm! I had originally received the dr. Brandt hydro biotic recovery sleeping mask and it was amazing and so I decided to give these eye creams a try being that I had a good an excellent experience with dr. Brandt products. I recommend these products to anyone that has sensitive skin like myself and uneven skin tone you will not regret it!
